Terms & Conditions of Service

Trip Daddy Japan LLC

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of tour and transportation services provided by Trip Daddy Japan LLC (“we,” “our,” “us”). By booking our services, you (“the customer,” “you”) agree to these Terms.

1. Payment Methods and Timing

  • Cash Payments: For customers choosing to pay in cash, payment must be collected upon boarding the vehicle before the start of the tour.

  • PayPal or Bank Transfer: If payment is made via PayPal or bank transfer, please ensure that full payment is completed by the invoice date indicated on your invoice.

  • Currency: All payments must be made in Japanese Yen (JPY) unless otherwise specified in writing by Trip Daddy Japan.

  • Booking Confirmation: A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of payment (for PayPal or bank transfer bookings) or upon acknowledgment of the booking by Trip Daddy Japan (for cash bookings)..

2. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made up to 1 day before the reservation date: full refund.

  • Cancellations made on the day of the reservation or no-shows: no refund.

  • Refunds may take up to 14 business days.

  • If Trip Daddy Japan is forced to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, severe weather, accidents, or government restrictions),
    clients will be offered the choice of a full refund or rescheduled tour.


3. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must provide accurate information when making a booking. Trip Daddy Japan is not liable for issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information.

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring that all passengers comply with local laws and regulations during the tour.

  • Smoking, excessive drinking, or any disruptive behavior in the vehicle may result in immediate termination of the tour without refund.

  • Clients are responsible for personal belongings. Trip Daddy Japan will not be liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal items.

  • In cases of delays caused by clients (e.g., late arrivals), the total tour duration may be shortened accordingly without refund.

4. Company Responsibilities

  • We will provide safe, legal, and licensed transportation.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, accidents, or force majeure.

  • Trip Daddy Japan and its drivers and contractors will take all reasonable care to ensure customer safety; however, participation in tours is at the customer’s own risk.

  • Trip Daddy Japan will not be held responsible for injuries, accidents, delays, or losses caused by third parties, natural events, or any factors beyond our reasonable control.

  • Customers agree to release Trip Daddy Japan, its employees, and contractors from any claims arising from participation in any of its tours.

5. Liability

  • Customers participate at their own risk.

  • Trip Daddy Japan is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or loss of property during the tour, except in cases of proven negligence.


6. Changes to Itinerary

  • We reserve the right to adjust schedules due to weather, safety, or operational reasons.

7. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes will be handled under Japanese jurisdiction.
