What is your payment policy?

We accept payments through PayPal or cash. Please note that credit card payments are not accepted at the moment.

  • Cash Payments: Collected after the trip directly by the driver.

  • PayPal Payments: Must be completed three days before the scheduled tour date.

  • Large Group Tours: For bookings with a total amount exceeding ¥400,000, full payment is required one week prior to the tour.

What areas do you cover?

At Trip Daddy Japan, we offer personalized travel experiences throughout mainland Japan. Services cover all regions of Japan's main islands—including Honshu, Hokkaido, Kyushu, and Shikoku.

Please note the following service limitations:

  • We do not currently offer trips to Okinawa or to remote islands outside of the main Japanese archipelago.

Can I customize my itinerary?

Yes, all itineraries are fully customizable. We also offer help in optimizing your itinerary route to ensure you get the most out of your trip!

Are your services available in English?

Yes, all reservations and bookings can be done in English. Our drivers as well are fluent in both English and Japanese.

Do you offer child car seats?

Yes, child seats are available upon request of customers.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made on the day of the trip will incur a 100% charge. Cancellations made before the day or anytime before then of the trip will be free of charge.

What is inclusive with the service?

Parking Fees, Toll-Fees (ETC) & Gasoline Fees are all inclusive with the package.
